For the major banking institution ČSOB bank, we implemented an employee electronic signature solution that covers the entire process from obtaining a qualified certificate to remote creation of electronic signatures. This solution enables fully digital processing of business and internal agendas on computers and mobile devices across the branch network.
The solution supports various levels of electronic signatures, including a qualified electronic signature according to the eIDAS regulation, thus ensuring the legal recognition of the created documents throughout the European Union. For a defined group of ČSOB employees, it is also possible to use a qualified certificate containing attributes that allow the created electronic signature to be considered a recognized electronic signature within the meaning of Act No. 297/2016 Coll.
In cooperation with ČSOB, we designed a solution that meets the operational and security requirements of the bank, fully integrated into its environment. The result is higher process efficiency, maximum confidentiality of signed documents, and a flexible platform ready for further development of the digitalization of banking services.

Our contribution
As part of the project, we designed and implemented a new, fully digital onboarding process that significantly simplified the use of qualified electronic signatures by employees in the bank's environment. The solution became a natural part of approval workflows and ensured the seamless integration of electronic signatures into the bank's daily operations.
At the same time, we provide operational support for the solution as a provider of trust services - we issue qualified certificates for remote signing and provide related services necessary for the secure operation of the entire solution.
