How do I work with the chip card?

The smart card delivery includes a smart card management application.
Ten chip cards
1.
Never leave the chip card inserted in the reader/computer for an extended period of time.
2.
Never entrust the card to anyone.
3.
Do not write your PIN or PUK on your card or leave it anywhere near your card.
4.
Treat your chip card like any other card that is important to you, e.g. ID card, credit card...
5.
Make sure that the chip on your card is not damaged. You can prevent damage by, for example, storing your card in a secure container.
6.
Never insert a plug-in chip card into a conventional card reader, only into a USB token that is designed for this purpose.
7.
Removal of private keys from the smart card is irreversible. Private keys deleted from the smart card cannot be restored.
8.
In case of theft of the card, it is always necessary to invalidate the certificates stored on the card to prevent their misuse by another person.
9.
To manage your card, please use only the SecureStore application, which is freely downloadable in the Downloads section.
