I.CA Circularo can be used for internal processes as well as for communication with customers, employees, suppliers and other business partners. It can be used, for example, in the processing of contracts, orders, handover protocols, personnel documents, consents or internal approval documents.

From document preparation to signing

I.CA Circularo covers the entire managed process of working with a document – from its creation, upload, through review and approval to signing, secure storage and subsequent management.

Documents can be created from templates, supplemented with form fields and attachments, sorted and searched using full text. The platform thus creates a unified environment for working with documents across the organization.

Signature and approval workflow according to your rules

For each process, you can determine whether individual participants should approve, review or sign the document and set their order, roles, deadlines and automatic reminders.

Internal users and external recipients can be involved in the workflow. Responsible persons continuously monitor the status of the process and have an overview of who has already completed their step and where the document is currently waiting.
