The standard way to issue I.CA certificates is the offices of Registration Authorities, which are operated directly by I.CA or by its partners. You can find the nearest office of a Registration Authority here .

Mobile Registration Authority

In order to ensure the flexibility of its services, I.CA offers issuance of certificates by a “mobile registration authority”. This is a method of issuing certificates at a location specified by a client in a mobile office of I.CA.

At the office of an I.CA mobile registration authority, it is also possible to order additional services, such as certificate installation or setting of applications for the work with certificates.

A visit by a mobile registration authority may be ordered at the e-mail address

Client Registration Authority

If you are going to use I.CA certificates to a greater extent and you require maximum flexibility in their issuance, you have the possibility of using the service of establishing an I.CA client registration authority. You will be able to manage the established client registration authority yourselves, as well as to issue as many certificates as you need.

If you are interested in further information or in the establishment of a client registration authority, please contact us at

In addition, I.CA provides its clients with an individual training concerning the use of the certificates and secure communication, legal aspects of electronic signatures, configuration of mail clients and other applications. The structure of the training is divided into two main blocks – the theoretical part and the practical part. Both blocks can be adjusted according to the client’s wishes. You can find the offer of the “We Use Electronic Signatures” complex training here .
